Accessibility Statement
We want everyone to be able to use this website, whatever device or assistive technology they use.
Last updated 7 September 2026
Our commitment
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. Accessible design is considered whenever we add or change pages on this site.
What we have done
- Pages can be navigated with a keyboard alone, with visible focus on links and buttons
- Headings and page structure follow a logical order for screen readers
- Text and background colours are chosen for readable contrast
- Images carry descriptive alternative text where they convey meaning
- Animations are reduced automatically when your device is set to reduce motion
- Layouts adapt to small screens and to enlarged text
Known limitations
Some photographic pages carry decorative imagery that is not described in detail, and documents shared with clients outside this website may not be fully accessible. We will provide information in an alternative format on request.
Reporting a problem
If you find something on this site that you cannot use, please tell us at lee@metrixdesign.co.uk or call 07789 541400. Let us know the page address and what went wrong, and we will aim to reply within five working days.
Enforcement
If you are not happy with how we respond, you can contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS), which advises on rights under the Equality Act 2010.
